Full-time & Part-time Cook/Kitchen Hand – Asian Cuisine

Company Background:

A new restaurant opening in Burnside village, a fusion of Eastern and Western Culture, redefine the concept of dumpling, A “must go” place for all neighbours and dumpling lovers.

Job Title

Full-time cook/Kitchen Hand.

Role description

Follow recipes and presentation specifications.

Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities & other working area maintenance.

Requirement

Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team in a busy fast paced kitchen environment.

Work experience in the preparation and presentation of Asian cuisine, essential, wok experience is advantageous.

Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school and public holiday periods.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
